We're looking for a talented sales individual to join our team and lead our sales strategy. The ideal candidate has been a part of successful startup teams and now wants to take what they've learned and lead our startup's sales strategy, initially as an individual contributor and then growing into the sales leader of the company. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a drive to help make our startup successful, and the skills and playbook to help us grow.

You will:

  • Have a direct impact on the digital transformation of an entire industry.
  • Work with the CEO, advisors, and technical team to enhance our partner-led sales strategy.
  • Grow our partner base and deliver increasing results from those partners.
  • Have an ability to communicate product feedback from the market, our partners and end-users that can enhance our product roadmap.
  • Create and measure our detailed sales strategy, pipeline, and results.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 4+ years of successful startup sales experience and proven results.
  • Excellent selling, listening and pipeline management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) and Canva a plus
  • Independence and creative problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.

Compensation:

  • $75,000 base salary
  • $150,000 on-target earnings
  • Company equity
